There is no testing in the State Diploma. Coaching Mastery (CM) is our coaching education component designed to significantly impact a club's current level of coaching and create a passionate environment for developing players through a spiritual understanding of teamwork. This special coaching education program is the only one of its kind in the United States. Education components are available for every level of coach: from the beginner coach of 5 year olds to advanced premier players at the high school or collegiate level. We provide services to clubs on both a year-round or special event basis.

Year-round Coaching Mastery Program - This includes a Curriculum Development Plan with an analysis of the club's player development level and a written plan for progress based on age groupings. Each club using CM will receive monthly training of its coaching staff. The monthly training will include the following elements: Written curriculum, Classroom Education, Field Sessions, Training Sessions, ODP Development, Tournament Preparation, College Night, and Strategic Planning.

Weekend Coaching Mastery Programs - Weekend programs are a miniature version of year round coaching mastery. Weekend programs offer clubs that cannot commit the time or financial resources for year round coaching education but still want to benefit from the SasvariWay curriculum and resources. Special topics or focus groups can be arranged in order to meet the needs of the club or league.

NSCAA Diplomas - We support the NSCAA coaching education program and provide opportunities for coaches to receive diplomas at the state, regional, and advanced regional level. Our staff coordinates these course through the NSCAA with both special events and year round coaching programs.
