When registering on-line and entering your personal information (1) use "12345" as your postal or zip code, (2) use your country code and your 8 digit phone number, (3)  When entering your height do NOT convert to inches and instead enter your total centimeters in the box for feet and place a “0” in the inches box.  (4) Enter your weight as kilo’s in the box next to “lbs”.  A payment plan is available as an option.
